The Legendary Red Silkie Irish Whiskey is inspired by the final journey of Donegal nobleman, Red Huge O'Donnell. An Irish Whiskey heart with a burst of bourbon attitude - the perfect base for formidable cocktails or enjoyed neat/ on the rocks. Dark Silkie contains a core of triple distilled peated single malt whiskey which has been matured in sherry casks. By teaming up with Darryl McNally, master distiller at The Dublin Liberties, they have created this excellent expression.

Dead Rabbit Irish whiskey is private label whiskey named for the notorious New York Street gang and produced by the New York City bar named for that same gang: The Dead Rabbit Grocery and Grog.
