As expectedly, the lineup includes the main characters Sheldon Cooper, Leonard Hofstadter, Penny, Howard Wolowitz and Raj Koothrappali, as well as the other side characters that got added later to the series. The selection might be a bit limited compared to other Funko Pop lineups, but the Big Bang Theory never had a huge set of characters anyway and all the essential ones are already here.
