Humito: Another experimental tequila, Humito is a rustic version of the spirit designed to recreate 17th-century tequila. It launched in 2016 with a name that means "little smoked." The agave of this unaged silver tequila is smoked with steamed mesquite during the baking process before the juice is extracted. This extra step imparts a smoky taste that's similar to some mezcals and has a fabulous mesquite smokiness to it. Made with 100% pure agave and formulated using a blend of Extra-Añejo, Añejo and Reposado tequilas. It is the first ever multi-aged clear tequila.

The distillery prides itself on producing 100% blue agave tequilas, ensuring authenticity and quality in every bottle. The journey of Maestro Dobel Tequila begins in the rich and volcanic soil of the Lowlands of Jalisco, Mexico, where the blue agave plants are cultivated. The harvested agaves are then slow-roasted in a masonry oven. This conventional methodology ensures that the agave’s natural flavours are preserved during the conversion of starches to sugars, a critical process in tequila production. A distinguishing feature of Maestro Dobel tequila is its precision in crafting clear yet aged expressions. The line includes Maestro Dobel Diamante, recognised as one of the world’s first clear multi-aged tequilas, which blends both aged and extra-aged tequila.
