Grass meal has been replaced by alfafa meal which has allowed an increase in the beneficial fibres - Psyllium, cellulose and sugarbeet. The fibre content of Pro-Fibre is multi-sourced and comprises both digestible and indigestible components. The probiotics should also be able to pass safely through the stomach so that they can colonise the gut. High levels of bothsoluble and insoluble fibre with new fibre sources including psyllium and sugar beet pulp. This dual source prebiotic is of benefit across a larger area of the gut compared to a single source prebiotic.
