With the project coming to a close, we caught up with Lucy to find out how being a Change Maker has transformed her outlook on leadership.

The team’s rapid assembly and collaboration in the first months of the Covid-19 pandemic signalled, or confirmed, the capacity and willingness of industry giants to work and work together for the greater good. Changes in the department included a new museum trip and ‘anti treasure hunt’ for incoming first year undergraduates; revision of the curriculum for a first year core course; and a new name, and display of former staff and students, for the Old Anthropology Library.
